‘Today’ Host Jenna Bush Hager Lists Lovely NYC Condo for $5.4M

“Today” show host and former first daughter Jenna Bush Hager is hosting the sale of her New York City condo, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The TV host and her husband, Henry Chase Hager, are reportedly moving out of the city and vacating the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Tribeca apartment they bought in 2015 for $4.58 million. The condo is now listed for $5,375,000.

The full-floor apartment spans 2,545 square feet and opens onto a private vestibule. The light-filled space offers a wall of windows in the oversized living and dining room.

The stylish home appeared on Jenna Bush Hager’s Instagram feed, featuring an animal print couch, built-in bookcases, and artwork.

The condo’s contemporary kitchen serves up Caesarstone countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, including a wine cooler.

The “pin drop quiet” primary suite comes with a dressing area and a custom closet. The en suite bath features gray marble flooring and walls, double sinks, a soaking tub, and radiant floor heating.

The second en suite bedroom is currently configured as an office, and there are two more bedrooms, a hall bath, and a powder room.

The high-end condo comes with hardwood flooring, motorized shades, 9-foot-high ceilings, and a washer and dryer. A private storage unit in the basement is included in the sale.

Designed by Annabelle Selldorf Architects, the boutique building offers residents full-time concierge service, a fitness center, rooftop terrace, children’s playroom, pet spa, and private garage.

The couple also reportedly own a home on Long Island’s North Shore.

The 40-year-old Hager is co-host of “Today with Hoda & Jenna,” on NBC. She and her twin sister, Barbara, are the daughters of former President George W. Bush and Laura Bush.
