The economy is tanking. So why aren’t home prices dropping?
Cost of materials is going up so is labor . There also isn't many homes being built.
Supply and demand.
There a bigger percentage of the population in there mid 30’s looking to buy. There’s still not enough inventory to
meet the demand for housing.
Rents will skyrocket and home prices will continue to go ⬆️ up at a slow pace
