United Wholesale Mortgage settled a wage dispute with a former employee who filed a lawsuit last July claiming the company did not pay account executives for working beyond 40 hours per week.UWM will pay a total of $2.75 million to the eligible AEs, according to published reports. It covers AEs that worked at the company between Oct. 12, 2018 and Dec. 23, 2021 and whose gross compensation was below $100,000 prior to Jan. 1, 2020, or less than $107,432 after that date, according to a memo writte...
