Is a home seller required to disclose a neighbor nuisance to their realtor?
Absolutely! There is a form named “ TDS” ( Real Estate Transfer Disclosure Statement) which needs to be filled and answered by the seller. one of the questions in this form in Clause C nr. 11 is about “Neighborhood noise problem or other nuisances” ! If the answer is Yes, the seller needs also to explain about the noise and make it clear!
