Companies are failing to adapt ācasual recognition momentsā to the hybrid workplace - FMJ
Abstract
Unappreciated employees are twice as likely to experience poor mental health. UK companies are failing to adapt ācasual recognition momentsā from in-person meetings and impromptu conversations to the hybrid workplace. Less than one in 20 employees feel that they receive fair recognition for their work. A quarter of employees who arenāt receiving enough recognition are currently looking for a new job. A 32 per cent increase compared to those āsatisfiedā with the amount of recognition. The number of people who are looking for new jobs are now looking for the new jobs. The data shows that a significant number of hybrid workers are now being neglected.
