Social housing repairs and maintenance provider, Wates Living Space, has grown its southern property portfolio with three projects on behalf of Brent Council, St Mungo’s and mhs homes.

SPIE UK has been appointed by Altrad Babcock, a specialist in the delivery of engineering, aftermarket, and upgrade services to the energy industry to supply mechanical and HVAC services to three buildings located in Renfrew, Renfrewshire.

Restore Records Management has landed the BBC's commercial storage and archiving contract, with a remit to manage more than 10 million archive assets.     ISS interim report shows organic growth of 8.0 per cent from April to June, up from 6.7 per cent in the first quarter. Total revenue of DKK 18.9 billion in Q2 was 3 per cent above pre-pandemic revenue for the period in 2019 adjusted for M&A and foreign exchange. In Q2 2022, portfolio revenue grew organically by 11 per cent. Organic growth is now expected to be above 5 per cent, and operating margin is expected tobe above 3.75 per cent to be below.
