Ricky is committed to helping each client reach their real estate goals. Ricky discovered his passion for real estate while attending the University of Arizona. Following in his father's footsteps as a building developer, he started his own building company at the age of 20. In his first two years of business, he successfully built and sold 10 homes and by his fourth year in business, his company had sold over 70 homes. He expanded his business quickly by continuing to develop and build residential communities while expanding into the commercial real estate development where he developed and constructed neighborhood shopping centers that he still owns and manages today. His business has been recognized as one of the area's top building and development companies. Ricky moved his family from Birmingham, Michigan over 12 years ago to become a full-time resident in Aspen. He has been an Aspen homeowner for more than 24 years and feels his experience and understanding of the Aspen/Snowmass market coupled with a keen eye and knowledge of the construction business makes him an excellent resource for clients.
