Ricky Rosin has built, developed, owned, and sold well over hundreds of millions of dollars in the real estate building and development business Through his varied experience in real estate, Ricky has learned that to be successful in this business it’s paramount to have a pulse on the housing market. Ricky is committed to helping each client reach their real estate goals. Ricky discovered his passion for real estate while attending the University of Arizona. Following in his father's footsteps as a building developer, he started his own building company at the age of 20. In his first two years of business, he successfully built and sold 10 homes and by his fourth year in business, his company had sold over 70 homes. He expanded his business quickly by continuing to develop and build residential communities while expanding into the commercial real estate development where he developed and constructed neighborhood shopping centers that he still owns and manages today. His business has been recognized as one of the area's top building and development companies. Ricky moved his family from Birmingham, Michigan over 12 years ago to become a full-time resident in Aspen. He has been an Aspen homeowner for more than 24 years and feels his experience and understanding of the Aspen/Snowmass market coupled with a keen eye and knowledge of the construction business makes him an excellent resource for clients. Ricky knows that he can help clients find the value and quality they are looking for in purchasing or selling a home. Ricky has been happily married for more than 28 years, has two grown kids, two dogs, and is a passionate outdoorsman. He is eager to share his love for the Aspen/Snowmass community.
