Abstract
The new bridge provides a 315-foot-wide double-leaf connection between downtown Miami and Little Havana. The bridge’s deco-themed architecture and design features ariel, helvetica, sans-serif and sans-Serif. The project also included two new approach spans providing 18 ft of clearance over North River and South River Drives, new seawalls along the river. The project includes new seawals along the River.
