Job Responsibility

Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.

Should possess good, verbal, written and presentation skills

Manage day-to–day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

Ensure that project documents/work order are being well read and understood and stored appropriately.

Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement.

Prepare Budget well in advance.

Assure project legal documents are completed and signed

Manage day to day client interaction.

Set and manage client expectations.

Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship.

Effectively utilize each team member to his fullest potential.

Facilitates team and client meeting effectively to derive at “Win-Win Position”.

Hold regular status meetings with project team. (Staff & Workers)

Manage the process of innovative change effectively.

Experience

The candidate should possess experience in the construction of cross-country pipelines in Hydro- carbon as a Project Manager for min. 8 Years. One Project Manager for both spreads.
