While Zach’s sole focus is on NorthPort Capital, a private real estate development and investment company that he is principal of, he remains active as a referral agent and advisor in the brokerage community. As a widely respected broker and team leader, having sold over $500M of residential real estate, Zach has gained the trust of his industry peers and has cultivated an unrivaled network of Boston's best agents, attorneys, lenders, architects and contractors. His strong work ethic, intense drive for success, and expert knowledge in the real estate market have set him up for success in all of his endeavors. Throughout his real estate career, Zach has earned consistent praise and industry accolades. In 2019 and 2020, his team was recognized as a Top Real Estate Producer by Boston Magazine and featured in the publication's "Who's Who in Boston Real Estate" issue. Prior to brokerage, Zach was an analyst at George Comfort and Sons in NYC and an associate at AEW Capital Management. Zach is a proud alumnus of Trinity College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in economics and served as captain of the men's ice hockey team.
