Whitney Conkling

After spending a decade in New York City, native Houstonian Whitney Conkling moved back home to take on the bustling Houston residential real estate market. Whitney has had a career as a top producing real estate agent in New York City and in Boston, being on two of the top teams in the nation. With a wide array of work experience in real estate, fashion, event production, and acting, she has cultivated an extensive network and a creative edge in marketing.  Whitney has closed over 150 transactions, representing individual buyers and sellers, major landlords and property owners, and tenants in the sale and lease of properties. She exclusively represented a large portfolio of rental buildings in Manhattan where she was able to gain the largest gross increases in the portfolio’s history. Whitney has worked with a wide array of clientele from first time homebuyers to celebrities as she has helped them find their piece of the city to call home. Whitney’s strength lies in her personalized guidance, attention to detail and keen negotiation skills.   Whitney holds a BFA from The Boston Conservatory and graduated from Second Baptist High School in Houston. She spends her free time with her husband, Scott, their newborn son, Oliver and their labradoodle, Jackson. She is an avid runner, reader and vegetarian.
