Theresa specializes in residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial, hotel, multifamily and mixed-use properties. Theresa's recent commercial transactions of 7,547 SF industrial space leased to the tenants of Arcane Distilling, a brewery and distillery in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn and 850 SF retail space leased to the tenant of Primp NYC, a curated beauty and wellness salon in South Street Seaport, Manhattan. Theresa’s success in brokerage has been attributed to her responsiveness, firm negotiation, diverse local market knowledge and exceptional customer service commitment. With an emphasis on serving the Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn markets, Theresa has amassed a wealth of practical knowledge and meaningful relationships. Prior to selling real estate Theresa worked for an EB5 law firm which specializes in overseas funding for job creating projects in the United States. She is a singer and produces live music shows in Manhattan. She loves giving back to the world, from feeding the homeless to donating new toys to children in the hospitals.
