Born and raised in the Sunset District of San Francisco, Tanya chose to stay in the city by the bay because of her roots. Her parents immigrated from South America, and this is the city they chose to stay in and raise their children. Tanya continued in the same fashion raising her children in San Francisco and this is also the city where she met her husband, Oleg, of 31 years. Together they have 2 kids, Victoria, 27, and Alec, 24. They currently live in the Lakeshore area. Being proficient in the Russian language has always given Tonya an extra benefit. She earned her CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist designation in 2019 and her international concentration is in Russia. Tanya has always been passionate about real estate. Her parents flipped homes in the '70s and '80s before flipping was a thing. She saw the force in their eyes to find deals but their attitude was always positive and we have to do this was their motto. Tanya is grateful to them for their insight and savviness. This has pushed her into pursuing something that she absolutely loves real estate.
