Hey there, nice to meet you, thanks for stopping by my page. My name is Stephanie Grace Zambo and I am a Colorado native, having grown up in Littleton, a suburb outside of Denver. I attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Administration with an emphasis on entrepreneurship. While completing my degree, I worked full time at Floyd's 99 Barbershop and worked as the Front Desk Manager and promotions coordinator. After graduation, I went on to be a property manager for several years, which led to me attending the Northern Colorado College of Real Estate and becoming an associate broker and the assistant manager of the property management company. After leaving property management I became the Business Manager for a small family law firm where I handled marketing, accounting, client relations, process development, and so much more. Fast forward to today and I am now a proud Colorado Broker Associate and Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Realty in Fort Collins.

My diverse background in office administration, process development, accounting, marketing, and public relations are all skill sets I bring to the table as your Northern Colorado real estate agent. I became a homeowner at the age of 26 and will never forget the excitement I had leading up to and then finally purchasing my first home. My agent made all the difference in making my experience as fun and stress free as possible. That experience is one that I aspire to share with all of my clients as we work together to achieve your home ownership, investment, or home selling goals.

Outside of work I can be found at live concerts, enjoying all of the amazing venues Colorado has to offer, stand up paddle boarding at Windsor lake, kayaking the Poudre, biking to the local breweries, kickboxing at the local studio or spending time with friends and family.
