He served as the National Acquisition Director for Investorplus.com, a Canadian real estate investment company specializing in condominium conversions. He has been a member of the City of Clayton Planning Commission and City Council. Serafino is also the past founder & CEO of Educare Management Corporation along with the Bianchi Schools. Serafino received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois in Civil/Structural Engineering. He was once a licensed civil engineer and is currently a licensed real estate broker.
