Sean Payne

After graduating college in 2000, I returned to Sonoma County. Coming from a Real Estate family, I was encouraged to get into the business and in 2005 I started to learn the field. 2006 was my first year as a full-time realtor and I have been selling Real Estate in Sonoma and Marin County ever since.  I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR)  and the North Bay Association of Realtors (NORBAR). In 2010, I was selected as a “Future Leader” through homeowner’s protection. In 2011, I was elected by my peers to sit on the council for the Petaluma Chapter of Realtors; served as Vice-President in 2012 and President in 2013. I am currently Petaluma’s “Realtor of the Year” for 2013.  Aside from working with traditional buyers and sellers, I specialize in investment properties (income producing, multi-, “buy & hold”, “buy & flip”), selling/listing of REO properties, as well as the listing of probate and trust properties. Geographically, my area of focus include Sonoma, Napa and Marin County. I pride myself in providing the highest quality of service to my clients. I am based out of Petaluma, but represent buyers and sellers throughout Sonoma, Napa and Marin County.
