Lauer listed the Sag Harbor property in 2019 for $44.8 million following his divorce. Gere's 6.3-acre waterfront property known as Strongheart Manor comes with a 240-foot-long, deep-water dock, a beach, a pond with a bridge, an island-inspired teahouse, a pool, a basketball half-court, and two guest cottages. Gere reportedly assembled the spread from three parcels of land he purchased from 2005 through 2008 for $11.3 million.
