Rick Stilovich has been a commercial real estate broker for over 30 years. He represented OTHERS in purchasing and selling all types of commercial real estate. He made many of his clients very rich in real estate ownership. After retiring from real estate sales a few years ago, it was NOW time to focus on his own financial goals. Rick wanted to buy apartments for himself and his family. He wanted to buy a much larger apartment building than what his personal balance sheet dictated. He found that syndicating a transaction (raising equity with others) gave him the ability to buy a 64 unit building in Denton, Texas.
