SPIE in Bruntwood SciTech win - FMJ

Abstract

Bruntwood SciTech has appointed SPIE UK to deliver design and refurbishment services at the UK’s largest single site life sciences campus, Alderley Park in Cheshire. Under the terms of the nine-month contract, SPIE will be carrying out a wide range of works on Block No. 50. The team will provide general and specialised mechanical, engineering, and plumbing (MEP) services to the laboratory space to the lab space. Category A will focus on the condition of the existing primary MEP services. While category B involves the complete fit-out and modifications required to adjust the existing layout and modifications needed to adjust to theexisting layout to the customer’�s bespoke requirements.
