I am your confidant and your friend above all else. I do what I do because I love the people I get to work with and help in their process. I am not here to upsell a home to you…I personally believe that isn’t possible, a home sells itself. I am just here to help guide you and be a resource. I don’t want to be thought of as a business individual but rather a friend you should be able to speak openly with. You have questions? Call me whenever…I WANT to help you! The joy in my job doesn’t come from the sale of a house but rather the look I get to see on my clients’ faces when the find THE ONE….that and that alone is why I am a realtor.

About Nikki

I am just like you! I live happily with my fiancé in Naugatuck, CT where we have turned our house into a home. I spend a lot of my time trying to make my home excessively cozy for all our guests, we love entertaining! Outside of real estate I am an inbound, social media, and digital marketing specialist. I pride myself on being very active, I wake up at 5:30 am every day to go to Crossfit and on my off days I enjoy running, running, and the occasional hike. I know to some that may sound like no fun at all but I do like other things! I am big into movies, FOOD, and ALL THE WINE I can get my hands on.

Real Estate Team

I am extremely grateful and lucky to have been able to join Ken Viele’s real estate team. I may have gone through all the courses and training to become a licensed real estate agent but I can credit Ken to almost everything I truly know about the industry. You can’t go wrong working with anyone on our team!

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in working with first-time home buyers and listing clients. Although I work with clients of many different needs and stages in their life and real estate cycle, I would say I get the most joy out of working with my first-time homebuyers. Being able to be a part of this HUGE moment in their life and seeing their reaction when they find their first home makes me grateful to have been able to be a part of this journey with them.

Communities I Serve

I typically work with finding homes in the Valley: Naugatuck, Oxford, Beacon Falls, Seymour, Waterbury, Derby, and Ansonia. However, I have clients that look all over! I am originally from Central Connecticut so I still make my way up there for real estate purposes. For the most part you can find me anywhere in Hartford County and New Haven County.
