Nelia Morago

Nelia grew up in California but has called Austin, Texas home since 2006. She received her degree in Sociology from UCLA, which has segued into a career dedicated to customer service. Nelia has a wide breadth of experience, ranging from managing multi-million dollar assets as a highly accomplished Property Manager for one of the top property management companies in the country, to working as a Casting Director in Hollywood for 12 years. Through her varied and unique careers and experiences, she eventually came full circle and found her way back to her true passion - Real Estate. Nelia’s father was a Realtor on California’s storied Monterey Peninsula for decades. Watching him adeptly maneuver the art of buying and selling - all the while promoting and encouraging communication and requiring excellence in every aspect of the transaction – taught her the importance of strong leadership and negotiation skills. Nelia practices those skills to this day; in every deal that she manages. She thrives on negotiating while also advocating for her clients and tirelessly arbitrating for the absolute best outcome. Whether you’re a buyer, a seller, whether it’s your first foray into real estate or your 100th transaction; Nelia will work tirelessly to guide you smoothly and effortlessly into the next chapter of your life. She is honored to be included in the list of 2021 Platinum 50 Top 500 - Real Estate professionals. Lady Bird Lake is the heart of Austin, and it captures Nelia’s heart as well. You’ll often find her walking along the lake, running through her neighborhood in Central Austin.  Spending time with my friends is also a tremendous part of Nelia’s life, and you'll often find her out enjoying all that Austin has to offer.
