Morgan Rose Smith

A seasoned real estate advisor in Southeast Florida, Morgan Smith is a familiar face and respected agent in her market. Drawn to Florida for its desirable weather and unique lifestyle, Morgan moved to Southeast Florida from New York where she studied business, marketing, and design at Marist College. Her multidisciplinary background offers a unique skill set to clients as a real estate advisor – not only can she dissect market trends and create and position effective marketing strategies, but she also has a keen eye for space and design, further enhancing the experience of working with her. Morgan has gained extensive knowledge of the community since moving to Florida and is considered a relocation expert in the area; she is passionate about helping people settle into their new homes and seamlessly acclimate themselves to their new communities. She enjoys yoga, going to the beach, traveling, cycling, checking out the newest local restaurants with friends, and spending time with her husband, their bernedoodle named Sullivan, and their two cats Nala and Blue. Morgan grew up in Connecticut and currently lives in North Palm Beach.
