Michael Southworth

Michael is a Boston native and a graduate from Cornell University where he studied hospitality, film and acting. After graduation, Michael started his real estate career by working as a financial analyst at Southworth Development LLC, his family's international real estate development firm.Michael's deep understanding of acquisitions, operations, & offer strategy, combined with his customer service oriented hospitality background give him a well rounded, client focused approach to his business. To Michael, nothing is more important than listening to and understanding his client's needs so that he can deliver on their real estate goals in a smooth and rewarding fashion.In his free time, Michael enjoys traveling, scuba diving, golfing and playing guitar. He has lived in several areas of LA for three years and currently lives in Marina del Rey. Michael is proud to have joined a team with a proven track record and unparalleled customer service.
