Marylou’s residential transaction experience includes standard sales from condos to luxury estates, investments, VA buyers, first time buyers, relocation clients, REOs, and short sales. Most recently, Marylou owned and operated her own Real Estate Brokerage for 4 years. She also has a talent for has successfully renovating and selling her own passion project flips and is always looking for opportunities to implement her designer’s eye, cost efficiency talents and overall wisdom to lead to a successful finish.

Marylou’s background includes the banking and mortgage industry working as an account manager and wholesale account executive with several large banking institutions including Wells Fargo Bank, GMAC/HomeComings Financial, First Franklin Financial, Deutsch Bank; as well as working for small real estate boutique brokerages to large well known corporate brands. Early in her career she worked for motivational speaker, Tony Robbins, in corporate sales and finance, where she was an awarded Top Performer. She graduated from University of Phoenix with a BS in Business Administration.

As a tenacious negotiator and a die-hard do the right thing mindset, Marylou works smart to navigate the competitive landscape and be a better person, wife and professional every day. She leads by example and dedicates her extra time as a COO of a new up and coming tech start up founded by three veterans from the gaming and film industries guaranteed to make a splash in 2021. Her passions include living an active lifestyle with her husband, their outgoing Siberian Husky, reading, sports cars, helping others and making the world a better place.
