She will show you the properties that meet your criteria, work with sellers and agents on your behalf to negotiate the best deal for you, and see you through to the closing. Seller Services: My strong representation with value-added services to ensure your home will be marketed in the most effective way possible. Before I list your home , I will offer staging advice. I can help you make cost effective decisions to prepare your home for market. I have a collection of service providers, from lawn care companies to carpentry contractors, who can offer you reasonable quotes for any work you'd like to have done prior to listing. I then guide you through the selling process. Of course, your home will have a strong presence on the MLS. I will start with beautiful, high resolution photos of your property and colorful headlines and descriptions of every room, using a professional photographer, she will highlight the strong architectural features that set your home apart, enticing buyers to come see what your home has to offer. But I dont stop there. Your home will be featured on literally dozens of websites, including those used most often by prospective buyers. A video of your property will also be produced. Throughout the listing process, you will receive reports on the current market, as well as feedback from buyers who view your home. A high level of security is provided through an electronic tracking system so you will always know who has been through your home. Once an offer is received, I will negotiate the best price and terms for your home. I understand how much it means to you to get the best deal, and will do what it takes to ensure you are satisfied.
