Margarita was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia, and has lived in Miami since 2005. She manages a portfolio of foreign investors who are drawn to Miami for its international diversity and rapid economic growth. Her knowledge of the local market, technological savviness, and dedication to the client experience differentiate her as a rising star in the local Miami Real Estate space. Prior to Compass, Margarita was at The Wise Group at RelatedISG where she focused on international sales, traveling to industry events in South America to educate investors on the U.S. Real Estate Market. She recently joined The LG Group in order to leverage their first-class marketing and technology offerings. Margarita is 100% focused on the customer experience, leaving nothing to chance.
