Lonnie Heimowitz

Lonnie learned the importance of customer service running his family’s wholesale beer distributorship. While nurturing and building relationships, he treated every customer with the same level of service, no matter how big or how small. After selling the business in 2001, Lonnie spent time following his passion for poker and has played professionally since 2002, competing in tournaments including the annual World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. In between tournaments, Lonnie embarked on a series of small entrepreneurial ventures including investing in and managing some residential and commercial properties. It was there that he got the bug for real estate. Raised in Sullivan County, NY and currently living on the Upper West Side, Lonnie enjoys revisiting neighborhoods he came to love when he was an undergrad at New York University. He graduated Cum Laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in and marketing. In October 2016, he completed the Marine Corps Marathon, his 6th marathon, but his first one in 34 years. He is currently training for the 2017 New York City Marathon. When he is not running, Lonnie can be found playing poker or attending concerts with his teenage daughter.
