Beginning in New York City at the boutique Commercial Real Estate firm of Julien J. Studley (now Studley/Seville, Inc), Lloyd was an original member of the National Investment Sales Division, representing global clients in buying and selling trophy commercial properties in NY.

Lloyd worked on the sale of The Empire State Building, the development of the 61st Street Heliport and the development of the west side train yards which sold to Donald Trump. Lloyd moved to Penson Development as a VP. Oversaw the development of L'Isola, a newly built 80 unit condominium on 32nd St., pioneered conversions of industrial properties to residential in NY's East and West Village and Tribeca neighborhoods then he joined Foreston Development as EVP/Partner and oversaw the development of Le Chambord, a 22 story condominium at 350 East 72nd St. Also built was New York's only condominium on famed Fifth Avenue located at 86th St. and Fifth Avenue (1049 Fifth).

In 1990 with the market downturn Lloyd relocated to L.A. where he got a production deal at Universal Pictures where he remained for 10 years producing films including the Academy nominated SNOW FALLING on CEDARS.

He relocated to Northern California and his passion for luxury property specializing in Tiburon, Sausalito, Mill Valley and San Francisco....

He raised his two daughters in Tiburon, California and now lives between Tiburon and Sausalito.
