Lloidy was raised Lima, Peru with 3 siblings. As a teenager, Lloidy had aspirations of being a Marketer. Never in a million years he thought he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what you're meant to do in life. As the years went by, Lloidy studied advertising and marketing and moved to the DC Metropolitan area in 1999. He worked as a waiter at a local restaurant and also had the opportunity to work in the E-Discovery industry for 7 years, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Lloidy got into the real estate industry back in 2004 when he got interested in how to invest in Real Estate. He got his Real Estate license to learn about Real Estate Investment and he ended up finding his real passion in life, which is helping people to become homeowners and sell their homes for top dollars. His background in Advertising and Marketing has helped him to bring peace of mind to homeowners who have previously struggled with selling their home on their own or with another agent. As his career advanced, Lloidy found his stride on developing systems that allow Buyers and Sellers to have a pleasant experience and predictable results. Lloidy is the founder of The Guevara Group, a Real Estate team that strives to provide comprehensive knowledge of local communities, unparallel, customer service, keeps up with the latest trends and strategies, gathers a genuine understanding of its clients' needs and customizes plans that meet its clients' specific goals and time-frames. He is passionate about what he does and cherishes the relationships he has built with his clients Lloidy lives in Montgomery County, Maryland, with his wife and his two kids. In his free time, he enjoys doing outdoor activities with his such as biking, hiking, and going to the beach.
