Liz Benichou

Born in Paris and raised between Paris and Los Angeles, Liz has worked in both places. She is fluent in both English and French. She did most of her schooling in Los Angeles, where she attended Le Lycée Français de Los Angeles, as well as Beverly Hills High School. She is an expert when it comes to the west side, having lived in almost every part of West L.A from Beverly Hills, Bel Air, to her current residence in Malibu. She is passionate about Malibu and immediately integrated herself into the community. She is an active member of the Malibu Surfing Association and has surfed almost every wave in Malibu. She loves working with people, plus has a lifelong passion for real estate. She has also worked as a part-time expeditor, so she understands Malibu’s permit process. She takes pride in being part of one of life’s most important investments and strives to make the process as stress-free and seamless as possible.
