A licensed Realtor since 1989, Lisa Tomlinson is a dedicated professional who brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the industry that gives her an edge in attaining maximum results for her clientele.  In 2015, she joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as part of her ongoing effort to provide the highest caliber of comprehensive, state-of-the-art real estate services available. 

Lisa, who specializes in the marketing and sale of property throughout Mission Viejo and surrounding communities, is a longtime resident of the region, giving her an intimate familiarity of all aspects of life in Southern Orange County.  From schools and neighborhoods to the most current trends in the marketplace, she is privy to an extensive amount of first-hand knowledge that serves her clients well.

Prior to transitioning to her role as a full-time sales associate, Lisa was a Transaction Coordinator for seven years, playing an instrumental role in the successful closing of over 350 escrows.  Known for her strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, Lisa always goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth and timely transaction for all parties involved.

An active participant in her local brokerage community, Lisa is a member of the Orange County Board of Realtors as well as the California Regional Multiple Listing Service.
