• ""In June of 2012, our son was accepted to a school for kids with learning disabilities in Littleton, CO. Realizing that the drive to and from our home in Parker would be onerous for both my wife and son; we decided that a move closer to the school would be most beneficial. This decision; however, wasn’t without trepidation as we understood the housing market to be volatile and values to be depressed. We chose Lars Swenson of Coldwell Bankers to represent us both for selling our existing home and purchasing a new home. This turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Lars’ mastery not only of the market but of the area was of great comfort to us in this transition. As a result of the preparation suggested by Lars, the buyer’s home inspection produced only three discrepancies; two related to a recent hail storm and the third concerning the proper amount of carbon monoxide detectors (which was later rescinded). Our closing went without any difficulties. We now find ourselves in our beautiful new home, in our target area and having been purchased for an amount negotiated within our price point, this all a result of Lars’ hard work and professional demeanor.
