Lara Quiñones

A real estate transaction is an emotional transaction whether you are a first timer or a seasoned veteran. Lara keeps this philosophy at heart while handling her client’s needs with kitten gloves. After living in the city for 15 years Lara has garnered invaluable experience guiding city-newcomers on the ins and outs of apartment hunting in the Big A through her diligence, discretion, and attention to detail. With a high volume hospitality background - Lara excels at thinking quickly on her feet while keeping a steady hand. There is no better feeling than coming out of a complicated deal with a happy and triumphant client (well, except for the taste of ice cream, fresh bread, or a really exceptional pickle). But this is a close second! Hailing from Puerto Rico, to attend Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, Lara has lived in a variety of neighborhoods. She affectionately calls Brooklyn home, most recently having moved to Bedstuy after almost a decade in East Williamsburg. Lara was first bewitched by the melting pot of culture and history that lives on within the walls of this great city. Her favorite part of Real Estate is walking into a beautiful space that has been preserved but largely untouched for decades, that juju speaks volumes. Bilingual in Spanish and English (and artistic-type) Lara assists a wide range of clients. She is a self-proclaimed music junkie and can be found spending much of her hard-earned dollars on concert tickets. She also recently took up adventure bike-packing.
