Kristin Londgren hails from Seattle, Washington, where she earned a degree in business before heading south to California to pursue a career in fashion. In Los Angeles, Kristin combined her business degree with her design skill and created a designer clothing collection that she sold in her eponymous West Third Street atelier along with other carefully curated product. After more than 15 years in the fashion industry, Kristin's passion for architecture led her to expand her design scope into interior and landscape design projects as well and eventually, into the business of buying and selling homes. “I’ve had a lifelong love affair with architecture, so it’s no surprise to me that my career has segued into real estate. After serving the luxury fashion market for many years, I came to see that the biggest luxury of all is to live in a well-designed space that feels like home every time you walk through the front door.
