Kim Collen-Ross was the manager of the Coldwell Banker Malibu and Topanga Offices for over 25 years. Prior to that time, she was the Estates Director and top producer with another large Los Angeles and National firm. Currently Kim has returned to luxury real estate sales and agent coaching for a major real estate training and coaching company in the United States and Canada.

Kim led the Coldwell Banker Malibu and Topanga team to their consistent and position of market share dominance, ranking the office #1 over all competing real estate companies in the area, combined.

Kim was voted Manager of the Year by Coldwell Banker senior management three times, in 2005, 2011 and 2015. She has also been awarded the prestigious President's Council award, year after year, which honors the top 20% NRT offices nationwide. Her office also, every year, has been awarded the Premier Office Gold Award.

During her thirty plus years of real estate experience, Kim has twice served as a director on the Malibu Board of Realtors, and was the first woman ever elected to the Board of Directors of the Kiwanis Club of Malibu. She continues to be involved in a variety of community and charity work, including serving on the Board of Directors of Malibu Urgent Care. She has also been a passionate supporter of the Malibu Veterans Day event for the last thirteen years.

Prior to her real estate career Kim was a recreational therapist in a Los Angeles psychiatric hospital. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy with a minor in Sociology, having graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University Northridge.
