Kevin Coffey

A business owner for thirty-five years, Kevin is well versed in marketing, advertising, financing and customer service. “I believe strongly in doing business with locally owned companies. They are the backbone of our economy.” Kevin considers his best traits to be his unwavering integrity and his ability to be a great listener. “I always learn more listening to my clients. I find their true needs and wants and diligently work to find them the right property. I want to keep clients for a lifetime. It’s important to find the right home for each stage of their lives whether it’s to serve a growing family or downsizing.” Kevin also works with investors on residential or commercial properties. Kevin and his wife, Susie Swanson, a top producer in Dallas real estate for over thirty-five years, have developed a team of photographers, landscapers and craftsmen that prepare every home they list to be in a “ready to sell” condition. Long time Dallas residents, Kevin and Susie live with their two French Bulldogs and Stella the magical Maine Coon cat. They are very proud of their three children and one grandchild. Both devote time volunteering with the SPCA and Stevens Park Homeowners Association. Kevin is an avid golfer and baseball fan, having long volunteered as an umpire for youth baseball. Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University with a major in Education. He was named a Distinguished Student at Texas A&M.
