Kellie Baranovich

Born and raised in the Hamptons, Kellie entered a professional career in real estate in early 2013, a year after graduating from The University of Tampa with a degree in Communication Studies. Working as a marketing assistant and a salesperson simultaneously, gave her the ability to understand the best techniques for executing both the listing and selling side of transactions. In 2015 Kellie teamed up with Chris Coleman and began working primarily in Montauk. She has sold over 110 properties with Chris since then. In 2015 & 2016, the team sold over 40% of the transactions made in Montauk. In 2017, they had over $100 million in sales volume, and in 2018 the team closed on 33 properties. Again in 2019, the team had over $100 million in sales volume. They have been the top producers in Montauk for over five years. Her dedicated work ethic, knowledge of the market, and optimistic energy have made her a go-to agent in the area. Kellie lives in Sag Harbor with her daughter and husband, who is a local architect. Outside of work, she enjoys family time at the beach, traveling, playing field hockey at her high school, kayaking in the bay, yoga, and running. She believes in giving back to the community and actively donates to the Retreat in East Hampton, a domestic violence shelter. She is also a member of the St. Jude Hope in Hamptons Committee, a fundraising event for children fighting cancer.
