In 2008 she moved from Ukraine to the Bay Area. She knows firsthand what obstacles one needs to overcome when facing a big move and starting a new chapter in life. After earning her Master’s Degree in Ecology and Environmental Protection from the University in Kyiv, Kateryna’s career has been vast and varied. She worked as an Environmental Consultant, Project Manager of Phase I Environmental Assessments, and Business Development Manager. Although she loved her previous career, being stuck in the office environment with all its hierarchies was not the way she wanted to spend her days. Real estate has provided the perfect arena for Kateryna to utilize her problem-solving skills. Sound research, strategic marketing paired with organization, thoroughness, and true client care are values she brings to ensure the best possible real estate transaction experience for her clients. She is committed to building lifelong relationships through her integrity, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and perseverance. When Kateryna is not working with her clients, she organizes real estate seminars for homeowners and homebuyers to gain knowledge and be informed about various real estate aspects. On a personal note, Kateryna is a member of the Foster City Lions Club and Foster City Toastmasters Club. She lives with her husband and her dog Oddy in Foster City. Kateryna enjoys cooking, reading books, and exploring all those wonderful cities, parks, and beaches that make up the Bay Area.
