Karl's passion for real estate started through acquiring his first investment property over five years ago. Karl understands that selling and buying homes can be difficult, but he supports his clients through understanding their desires, educating them on the market and securing the best property fit. Karl is a Towson University Business Management and Baltimore International College Culinary School Professional Cooking graduate, with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to achieving his California real estate license, Karl worked as a chef in an upscale Maryland restaurant, as well as catered for musical celebrities’ concert tours traveling across the US. Karl has also managed a popular downtown San Diego restaurant located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter. Through both business and culinary school, he has grown to really understand how to listen to the needs of clients. This skill not only saves his clients time but stress throughout the process. When Karl is not selling real estate, he is enjoying spending time with his family and friends and sparingly partakes in snowboarding, mountain biking, sporting events, golfing and exploring San Diego restaurants.
