About Jennifer Schell Young Jennifer started her real estate career in 2002 at Perry & Co. as a Real Estate Assistant. This experience taught her every facet of real estate by working with the top producers in the company. In 2004 she got her real estate license and began to sell while maintaining her full-time career as a Real Estate Assistant. She was nominated by her peers for the Denver Metro Association of Realtors® Million Dollar Round Table Support Person of the Year to acknowledge her vocational excellence. Service and communication are the cornerstones of her approach supporting her real estate agents and believes that an informed client makes smart real estate decisions with confidence. In 2012 she acquired her Managing Broker License to add to her knowledge of the ever-increasing complexity of the real estate industry. Her work ethic and attitude were rewarded in 2012 when she was asked to take on the role of Staff Manager for Perry & Co. in 2013 Agent Awards DMAR Support Person Of The Year
