I believe Realtors contribute to the fabric of society through home and family. I am committed to educating my clients in the purchase or sale of a home to guarantee the fulfillment of their goals. I maintain the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) by attending education courses to keep my real estate knowledge relevant and current.

As an educator, chemistry teacher, in both California and New Zealand I recognize the importance of school choice to my clients and have a working knowledge of local schools. This is particularly so in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Sunnyvale, Redwood City, San Mateo and San Jose where I have taught.

Generally, a home is the most expensive item an individual or family will own. I bought my first home at 22 years old. My clients have confidence in a Realtor they can trust, and I believe integrity and honesty is crucial when helping buyers and sellers navigate the financial aspects of home ownership. I take special interest in market trends in our local market place and produce statistics to communicate important and relevant issues with my clients, empowering them to make informed decisions.
