John Kluzek

With a degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara I enjoyed a successful career as a medical manufacturing executive culminating as a Group Vice President of Strategic Accounts for a division of Kimberly Clark, I retired and moved back to Florida from California in 2001. The definition of retirement you ask? Combining a passion and a talent with a love of real estate investing. I obtained my General Contractors license and real estate license and started my own construction company designing and building luxury homes inspired by some of the beautiful estates in San Diego. Some of these features included estate size homes with dine-in wine cellars, indoor saunas, luxury elevators, tennis courts, and two story master closets. When the “Great Recession” occurred, it was time to pivot again. By then I had gained tremendous experience & construction expertise and felt uniquely qualified to start a new company acquiring bank-owned properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. This chapter of retirement shifted to renovating & flipping homes for dozens of families in greater Tampa Bay. I am happily married to our Team Leader & have been proudly representing The Karla Dorsey Team in multiple capacities since 2019 providing white glove services to our Buyer, Seller, & investor clients. My in-depth personal knowledge of all facets of real estate has been a great asset to the team.
