Joe OMeara

Joe started working for a family-owned real estate brokerage, Home Builders Marketing Inc., in El Cajon in 2004. Joe managed an 8 person sales team in El Cajon, Riverside, San Ramon, and Imperial Beach until 2008. His team sold thousands of properties all over the state for a local San Diego builder, Pacifica Inc. During the real estate market crash in 2008, Joe became an expert in La Mesa (and east county) on Bank Owned Properties (REO) and Short Sales with Keller Williams Realty. His whole team recently moved to Compass International Realty, which boasts the BEST innovative tech marketing and leadership in the industry, in 2019. Great negotiating, beautiful photography/videography, old and new school marketing, up-to-date technology, and excellent customer service is his team’s #1 goal. Joe continues to be a Top Producer in East County each and every year! His little brother is awesome! His wife is the librarian at El Capitan High School and they love to travel when they have the time.
