If you are buying and / or selling a home near Pittsburgh, you need to call Jill Hobbs right now... if not, you might need to get your head examined. Week of April 17: We put our home on the market, and Jill scheduled a ridiculous number of showings for our house on SIEBERT ROAD... we accepted an offer. April 25: We found a new home and submitted an offer which was accepted the same day. June 2 9am: Closed on the old house. June 2 11am: Closed on the new house. Between these dates, Jill handled the laundry list of details. Doesn't get much easier than that folks.

She sold my townhome much faster than expected compared to other townhomes in the neighborhood that had been sitting for some time. After the second open house, about 2.5 to 3 weeks after listing, I had received & accepted an offer. Shortly thereafter I placed an offer on my new home & Jill was able to arrange for closing on both homes back to back on the same day. I truly felt she went above & beyond to make the process as seamless as possible even in light of difficult dealings with the seller of our new home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We looked at over 30 places and we would not have ended up so lucky if it was not for her expertise, attentiveness, and calming presence as we walked through the storm of home buying.
