After a wonderful childhood on the bays and beaches of Long Island's south shore I have called the fantastic City of New York home for 30 years. I've lived in Greenwich Village, Gramercy, the Upper West Side, Queens and now in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn where I've made my home and raising my 2 children. Through those personal living experiences, I've developed an in-depth knowledge of the many unique neighborhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Eastern Long Island communities. When I first came to Manhattan I sold luxury items at boutique shops on 57th St. that often-required visits to some of the palatial homes of my clients, which was my first real exposure to NYC real estate. I then shifted into the financial services industry for a period where I honed invaluable selling and interpersonal skills and started my real estate career shortly thereafter which evolved into the best of many worlds for me. My now 20+ years in the real estate business has given me potent tools and networks that I now use to represent my clientele to thorough satisfaction. I have represented the sale, purchase and leasing of cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses and new development properties in many prime New York City markets. I have in-depth experience in contract negotiations, investment consultation and valuation of all residential property types. I'm known for my patience, tenacity, enthusiasm and strict attention to detail. I love assisting my 12-year-old daughter with a variety of home craft projects and playing goal keeper for my 14-year-old son's practice shots and watching his matches at the local Pier 5 soccer field, with its magnificent view of Manhattan and New York harbor. I also enjoy theater, fishing and running and "Lawrence of Arabia" is my favorite film.
