Jenn Rowan

Jenn was born and raised in Johnson City, TN. She loves going back to see her family and getting to enjoy the mountains. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Communication Studies degree and a minor in Tennessee football fan-dome (as painful as it is). She enjoys doing anything outdoors, especially hiking, running and gardening, or as she calls it, “living off the land.” Exploring new places, cooking and eating good food with good people are her favorite things to do. Nashville has been her home for six years and her love for her community grows every day. She previously (and still occasionally) leads food tours through the Gulch and loves meeting new people and showing them around her town and, of course, eating delicious food! Her guilty pleasures are dancing like no one’s watching (which maybe they shouldn’t with her unrefined moves!) and watching The Bachelor (she understands and accepts the judgment that comes with that). Jenn lives in East Nashville. She is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS® and is very excited to be a part of the Southbound Group! As Showing Specialist, she feels privileged to be helping Nashvillians find their home and grow their roots here.
