There’s a reason Jennifer Halm has been named by the Washingtonian, DC Luxury Magazine and Northern Virginia Magazine as one of the region’s top Realtors.  After 25 plus years in the business, she continues to embrace change as the industry has moved from newspaper to social media and digital marketing: using Facebook and Instagram ads among her many tools to promote clients’ properties—everything from condos to multi-million-dollar estates. Jennifer’s real estate career began 26 plus years ago after she moved to Northern Virginia, first in the mortgage lending industry then in sales for a prominent, local luxury homebuilder before moving out her own. As a result, she’s seen all sides of a transaction, from positioning a home for the market to finalizing the sale. One might say that Jennifer was forced negotiate from an early age—as the youngest of 11 siblings, the Dallas native had no other choice if she wanted hold her own in a large household. Indeed, clients still hear the occasional “y’all” while she’s showing a house, but make no mistake: Underneath that polite Southern veneer is a hard-as-nails advocate for her buyers and sellers. Her dedication has earned her honors as a Lifetime NVAR Top Producer and she has nothing but 5-star ratings on Google and Zillow. Jennifer lives in Great Falls with her husband and has 3 sons who have recently flown the nest.
