As a REALTOR for 20 years, Janet offers a broad base of Real Estate experience. She has served as a Listing and Selling Agent in various avenues of real estate ventures, from Residential to Commercial, as well as Development and New Construction. Her primary focus is her Clients’ individual needs. She finds satisfaction in helping people reach their real estate investment goals and uses her education and experience to stage and rehab homes, offering her clients options beyond the normal scope of buying and selling a home. Janet finds working with Buyers, Sellers, Developers and General Contractors highly rewarding. Creating relationships through community service has also been a highlight of her real estate career. Janet has been in Real Estate since 1994 and specializes in the State of Utah. She studied at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and at Pleasant Hill High School in California. Janet is a member of The Market Team, two great friends who love doing business together. Both of Janet's parents were in the Marine Corp and she takes great satisfaction in working with Active military personnel as well as Veterans. She highly values the support system in her business ie; Lender, Title/Escrow and Inspectors also add their expertise towards a smooth transaction to all of her Clients including the Military.
