Jake Settle

After graduating from The University of Wisconsin business school with a degree in finance, Jake moved downtown and began a successful career on the trading floor focusing on bond options. During that time, he also learned the trade of buying and selling various properties. While Jake works with both buyers and sellers in residential real estate, he also has experience with vacation rentals as well as investment properties. His experience in vacation rentals includes owning and managing a VRBO in South Lake Tahoe, and his investments include a number of units in the northwestern suburbs. He moved with his wife and two children to Park Ridge 5 years ago after living in Lincoln Park.
